Where to Start is a great IT company for those of us who want a secure system and timely service without having to know a lot about IT. So many times IT people or companies make those of us not versed in code to feel like we are less intelligent. I am not a fan of this attitude! As a pastry chef I do not expect our IT person to know how to make a perfect soufflé. So why do some techs expect me to understand the back end of the computer? We have all had the arrogant tech who belittles your intelligence while assessing the issue on your computer. We have never had that experience with Where to start! They are ALWAYS very courteous and friendly! But most importantly the respond quickly and work very efficiently. Since our relationship with Where to Start began a six months ago we have already recommended them to two other companies! We would gladly endorse their services to anyone looking to protect and maintain their computer network.

We were not sure we needed all the security offered by Where to Start. However, after using the service we have weeded out unwanted spam. We have a faster connection because we are rid of hidden viruses we did not even know we had! We also can sleep a little easier knowing our client’s payment information is safe!

Again, I throw out there yet another line from my Dad… Bigger does not always means better! We were tired of being a number in the system. Tired of grumpy techs with bad attitudes. So tired of waiting and waiting and waiting for someone, anyone to respond to our issue! Finally, when the waiting was over (so we thought) we would be put on hold to get transferred to another person and another. You get the picture! Unfortunately, we have all had that experience.

The flip side of that experience is Where to Start. When I call where to start they know my whole team by name and respond quickly. We don’t have to spend half the day on hold waiting to explain are issue over and over! One person responds to our issue from beginning to end until the issue is resolved! No waiting on hold, no waiting by the phone for all call back, no unending chain of transfers!

One call, to one tech, for one fast fix; that is our experience with Where to Start and it is wonderful!

I use Where to Start Inc. because it alleviates IT issues, we are guaranteed that our IT is maintained and it is secure to breaches. It is priceless not to think or deal with IT issues and if you do Where To Start is extremely professional and responsive with a solution.

I 100% trust Where To Start. They have complete and total access to our network and it's maintenance. The total solution that we operate under alleviates IT issues which is priceless in a work environment. If a situation arises they are extremely professional and handle the situation with a solution immediately. I highly suggest contracting with Where To Start!

I haven't had any issues with Where To Start in approximately the two years I have been contracting with them. They are incredibly attentive, professional and timely in their services. I haven't considered another or larger competitor because we haven't had any issues. Why change an outstanding service when our needs are being met and exceeded!

The price for the service seems reasonable. I have not priced the service around. Our non-profit is on a shoe string budget. I believe the service Where To Start provided is excellent. Whenever we need any guidance or assistance with an IT issue it is almost immediate. We haven't had any problems on their end. For the money we spend for the service is priceless not to have any IT issues!

The old saying “you get what you pay for” rings true with Where to Start. Our company previously had a budget IT plan before we signed on with Where to start. We waited hours for return phone calls pertaining to urgent issues and we were at a standstill for three days once, while waiting for someone to come out for a site visit. Since we signed on with Where to start we never wait for answers to issues and the one time we needed in house service our technician was at our office the same day.
